During my lifetime, I have lived in and visited several political hot spots including Berlin during the Cold War, Jerusalem, and Northern Ireland. Because of these experiences, I have started to paint scenes that hopefully provide a respite from political violence. These images are not for sale because I am building a body of work to pursue this interest in portraying what I see as sacred spaces.
